This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Eular Online Course processes refund requests for course enrollments. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies for all users.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. This policy allows you to explore the course structure and initial content while ensuring fair use of our educational materials.
Refund eligibility depends on the amount of course content you have accessed. We track content access through our learning platform, including lessons viewed, exercises completed, and resources downloaded. If you have accessed 20% or more of the course content, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
This threshold represents a fair balance between allowing adequate evaluation time and protecting our educational content from misuse.

We will review your refund request within 5 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive email confirmation when your refund request is approved and when the refund has been processed. This confirmation will include the refund amount and expected timeline for the funds to reach your account.
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to view course content, access exercises, or download resources. Any certificates earned will be invalidated.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content due to problems with our platform, please contact support immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the 14-day window, provided you have not accessed significant course content.
Refunds are not automatically granted for technical issues arising from your own equipment, internet connection, or failure to meet stated technical requirements. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving these issues.
We regularly update course content to maintain relevance and quality. Minor updates, improvements, or corrections to existing content do not entitle you to a refund. If we make substantial changes that fundamentally alter the course structure or learning outcomes after your purchase, you may contact us to discuss the situation.
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy as full-price purchases. The refund amount will be the actual amount you paid, not the original full price.
If you have purchased multiple courses, refund requests are evaluated individually for each course based on its own access history and purchase date. Refunding one course does not affect your access to other courses.
In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life events), we may consider refund requests that fall outside our standard policy. Such requests require documentation and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If we offer subscription-based access in the future, separate refund terms will apply to those services and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Chargebacks should be a last resort after following our refund request process. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. However, any changes will not affect refund requests that are already in process or refunds for courses purchased before the policy change.
